Return policy

Rental Returns:

Lessees are responsible for returning rented laptops in good condition at the end of the rental period. Returns must be initiated by contacting BIPARJOY ECOM PVT LTD customer service to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Late returns may be subject to additional charges, and failure to return rented equipment may result in legal action to recover the value of the items.

Sales Returns:

Customers may return purchased items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of BIPARJOY ECOM PVT LTD.
